Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their messaging activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, customer consent requirements, privacy laws, anti-spam legislation, and WhatsApp platform policies.

Any suspension or restriction imposed on a user's WhatsApp account remains the user's responsibility.

We may temporarily restrict API access to protect platform stability and security.

8. AI Services

AI-generated content is provided for assistance only. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying responses before sending them to customers or relying on them for business decisions.

9. Marketing Campaigns

Users utilizing campaign features are responsible for obtaining valid customer consent, managing recipient lists responsibly, honoring opt-out requests, ensuring lawful marketing practices, and maintaining accurate contact information.

Waplix does not guarantee campaign delivery rates or business outcomes.

10. Subscription Plans

Certain Waplix features require an active subscription. Feature availability depends on the selected subscription plan.

11. Billing and Payments

12. Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated in writing, subscription fees are generally non-refundable and wallet deposits are generally non-refundable once credited.
