Connect a WhatsApp Instance
Understand the WhatsApp web server pairing lifecycle including QR scanning, pairing codes, and connection state checks.
Connecting your WhatsApp account involves setting up a state slot container. Waplix allows two connection pairing methods.
Method A: Scan QR Code (Recommended)
Scan the QR code displayed in the Dashboard or fetched via API. Open WhatsApp -> Linked Devices -> Link a Device on your phone to scan.
Method B: Pairing Code
Request an 8-character numeric pairing code from Waplix using your target WhatsApp phone number. Input this code inside the Linked Devices section on your mobile application.
Important: Do not scan or pair the same WhatsApp number on multiple Waplix instances simultaneously. Doing so will invalidate session tokens and trigger immediate logouts.
