Stories Limitations

Statuses are ephemeral, and WhatsApp does not retain them beyond 24 hours. Keep these details in mind during integration:

• No Long-Term Archiving: Story media is deleted from servers and local logs.
• Privacy Restraints: You can only retrieve stories from contacts who have saved your number and shared their status with you.
• List Story limits: Story indexing is local to the active WhatsApp session cache.
